- NNNataraDec 29, 20252.0We scheduled our 20 lb corgi for a full grooming and spent a long time on the phone giving all his details. Upon arrival we were told that they didn’t have time to cut a corgi’s hair. Instead they did the bath, a sanitation and foot trim, and the de-shedding. $93 later, we have spent $25-30 more than it has ever cost for a full grooming service and our dog still needs a haircut. I would not recommend this location. We will certainly not be going back. If you don’t have time for the service being scheduled, then don’t schedule it. And if you mess that up you certainly don’t proceed to nickel and dime the customer for each of the services usually included in the grooming package.

I was pleased that the groomer listened to me explaining what I wanted for “Kitti”. And when I returned to pick her up, to my surprise, “Kitti” was wanting to show affection to her groomer while I was holding her…this spoke volumes to the care she received. Her cut was perfect as well. So I highly recommend Petco Grooming especially at the Dallas Hwy. location in Marietta, Ga
