She walked away from me while I wasn't looking and while I was trying to figure out the correct size. Customer service skills need improvement. I asked a guy if someone could help me. His facial expression and behavior demonstrated no interest in helping me. His comment was yea, as soon as I'm finished here. I recommend that the staff go back to retail customer service training.

- NGNike GamerDec 12, 20251.0Shout out to Aaron! She is a great groomer. No complaints in terms of that. The issue is more alone with the business ethics. Twice now I brought my dog here and they add their own special fees to the bill that I signed before I left. This time around my dog did have a bit of matted hair (I take full responsibility for that) So I was willing to pay however much that was needed to make sure he was properly groomed. The bill went from about 60 to 77 because of his hair and I was absolutely fine with that. I went ahead and signed the paper and waited on my pup. When I got back the bill was about $98. As I said I don’t mind paying however much I had to pay. The issue comes because they aren’t transparent about their pricing They already predetermined what they were going to add to the bill, but didn’t explain or mention it before hand. I did not at all mind paying the $98, but it comes off very crooked to rush someone to sign a paper with a lower price then add your own fees and basically say “We already cut the dog so you have to pay”. I definitely won’t be going back to this petco or any petco in that matter because it’s obvious that the employees are probably trained to be crooked and not explain too much. Again thanks Aaron, you did a great job. Sorry that you work for such a crooked store/company.
