Blackbean(Bean) is a super aggressive cat at the vet and has to been sedated at every vet he has ever visited. His visit at PWC was the first time he was able to get an exam without being sedated due to their expertise and pre visit program. The reason I switched vets for Bean was to get more information regarding the digestive issues and they were very thorough and fully explained why they were suggesting the treatment plan and how. Overall their system to deal with extra spicy cats was amazing and the amount of details communicated to the customer is amazing.

Honestly, I felt better as soon as we walked in the door—the entire staff and the vets are always so caring and kind. We’ve been bringing our pets here for several years, and the consistency of their compassion and expertise is incredible. I also want to mention Ingrid, the cat groomer. She’s wonderful—so knowledgeable and patient, and she has a real gift for teaching you how to better care for your cat. (She’s even been on TV sharing her expertise about cat training and behavior!) I’m so grateful for Paws, Whiskers and Claws and the peace of mind they give us every time we come in.
