The authorities need to shut this place down. It is a puppy mill. My Jackson was supposed to be 28 weeks old. He was in deplorable condition he was matted to the skin and filthy with urine and feces. My husband and I agreed he needed to get out of there. Jack had been crated all of his life with another Shihtzu. There were also Aussies kept in a small crate as well and you could hear them fighting in the reception area. The young salesgirl at reception showed us a few dogs who would not allow us to touch them and constantly marked. The sales girl used a filthy mop to mop up after these pups, using the same pee water and complained that we didnt want the dogs we were shown because they would always mark. If you spread pee around, an untrained, unsocialized dog will mark. Its just that simple. We brought Jack to our vet who said he was no younger than 1yr and most likely near 2 years. Jack had double, double ear infections, meaning he had painful, viral and parasitic infections in both ears. These puppies are shaking their heads and scratching at their ears. They then walk around (in the back room?) and out in reception, spreading the viral/parasitic ear infection. Its easy to deduce that every single pup there had ear infections! Jack was from an over bred Dam paired with Sires that were closely related if not from a previous litter of the overbred, overworked Dam. This is supported by the extra doverused, his teeth and hernia. Jack had extra dew claws on all his paws and an umbilical hernia which is confirmed by my trusted vet of 8+years to be from overbreeding. My vet also could not certify that Jack had actually had his shots so he had to have all new shots. Jack cost us a little over 700.00. The vet bills then cost us another 500.00 plus. We called GA Puppies online to express our concerns and we're told they would reimburse us for the umbilical surgery, shots and meds for the ear infections. We sent email with the bills attached repeatedly but have yet to hear back from GA Puppies online. They've also never picked up the phone any time we called to follow up. Save yourself heartache and a lot of money and pass on this disreputable puppy mill. See before and after photos. How, in good conscience, do you let any animal get that way?

Georgia Puppies did an amazing job with both of my Yorkies. Both puppies were healthy; one arrived with a slight cough, but nothing antibiotics couldn’t easily take care of. They were incredibly patient while waiting for my arrival and took the time to sit down with me and explain everything in detail—from feeding schedules to how to keep my puppies comfortable during the trip home. You can truly tell they care about their puppies and the families they go to. I had a great experience and would absolutely recommend them.

This was the best experience! I came from a larger pet store and was not happy. Even though they are by appointment Ashleigh let me walk in and see puppies same day. The facility was clean and the 4 puppies I visited with were clean and healthy. It was almost impossible to choose just one. They also offer grooming right next door!
I must say take bad reviews lightly. This establishment was phenomenal.

Purchased Shih Pop a few weeks ago and the experience was not good. We love our pup now but not where we got him from! He was sold as age 10 months, took him to the Vet and was informed he is more than 2 years old! This dog literally lifts his leg to Pee, which is not a “Puppy” trait. His breathe is horrible from the extreme plaque buildup! The day we picked him up they shaved his tail down to the skin because he was so matted. He also has an ear i infection and dangerously under weight. I couldn’t tell initial because he has so much hair. Lastly, he jumps at any and all movement and is extremely skittish like he was abused. This is a glorified Puppy Mill and these animals are not cared for properly. I pray for them all🙏🏿

I bought a puppy from them that birthdate was 9 months old. I took my puppy to the vet and vet said the puppy was 4 years old according to the tarter on his teeth. I reached out a few times by calls, messaging and email to get the proper birth certificate so I would actually know how old my dog is. They have not sent me it!
Be careful!
Replying to the reply your reply. You have Never gotten back with me. I’ve sent you at least 3 emails and Never got a reply. Please don’t lie! I just wanted to know for sure how old my dog is. That is all. I would have never wrote this review if you had replied to my emails. I even called and told my concern with no answer to the original birth certificate so I would know for sure how old he is. You need to reply to your customer s concerns

How can I spot, treat, or prevent Hypoglycemia?
Signs of Hypoglycemia in Puppies
Hypoglycemia is a condition in young dogs when there are rapid increases or decreases in glucose levels. This is also known as Transient Juvenile Hypoglycemia. The condition is popular within puppies because they are still adapting and can be unable to regulate glucose levels the way that adult dogs are able too. Puppies need to eat often to help stabilize their glucose levels. Typically, a puppy will eat three to four times per day. Hypoglycemia is most common in toy breed puppies that are less than three months old.
There are several signs that indicate your puppy has hypoglycemia. The first is lack of energy. It is natural for puppies to sleep a lot. Like babies, they need to sleep so that their bodies can rest and grow. This is one of the most common signs that are associated with hypoglycemia. Glucose is necessary to provide energy for the puppy. If your puppy seems weak and listless then it is possible they have developed hypoglycemia.
Glucose also plays a vital role in the development and function of muscles and brain tissue. When these levels drop extremely low in puppies it can cause seizures. Seizures are dangerous for puppies especially because they are still growing and the shaking caused by the seizure can actually cause substantial damage to the puppy. It is also possible for puppies to become comatose as a result of dangerously low glucose levels. It is important that puppy owners watch for the first symptom of listlessness to avoid the development of worse symptom of hypoglycemia.
Lack of appetite and coordination including twitching, dilated pupils and trembling and pale pink or white gums are additional signs of hypoglycemia in puppies. This is not a hard condition to diagnose. In fact pet owners should notice a substantial deviation from normal behavior if a puppy has developed hypoglycemia.
Treatment for hypoglycemia in puppies is fairly simple. A veterinarian can help pet owners determine the best course of action to help bring the puppy to full health right away. Typically it involves keeping the puppy in a warm environment and implementing a feeding schedule of up to four times per day. The puppy will also need to be dewormed and maintain regular vaccinations. Hypoglycemia is easily treatable and will provide minimal damage to the body if it is caught in time. This is why it is important that pet owners pay attention to any changes in their dog’s behavior.
There are many challenges to owning a new puppy. Monitoring a puppy for changes in activity, eating, sleeping or behavior will help quickly identify if there is something going on. This is true for a variety of illnesses that puppies can develop. Your local veterinarian should have a variety of pamphlets on various conditions that young dogs can develop which includes signs and symptoms to watch out for. Generally, early detection and constant love and care are all that it takes to help bring a puppy back to his healthful state.
Will my puppy be potty trained?
All of our puppies are potty trained in the “Puppy Housing Method.” This is the method that allows the puppy an area to “go potty” in while they are still in their kennel. From the day your puppy begins to walk, it is able to start being potty trained.
We accidentally discovered this method after our customers continued to tell us that our puppies were potty trained the day they got them home. We thought some of our customers were just over exaggerating until we continued to hear this news over and over again. Just read some of our testimonials and you will quickly see that most mention that their puppy potty trained very easily, or was already potty trained.
How it works – The “Puppy Housing Method” is a kennel that is set up with two sides. One side they can sleep in and they other side they can use the bathroom in. This is most easily done with a double doored kennel. Place a bed in one side and a potty pad in the other. Your new puppy does not want to potty where he sleeps, so he/she will walk over to the other side (on the pad) and use the potty. The key to this is when you are home, you leave the second door to the kennel open (the one that has the potty pad in it) and they will run in to it (with little or no training) when they have to go.
What if I do not want to use this method? The great thing about this method is that it can be re-trained to the outside. The fact of the matter is, the puppy knows that he/she has to go to the bathroom in a designated area. All you have to do is show them where that designated area is.
Sound simple….it is….because we have started them out the right way from day one.
