First I want to say thank you to the nurse that met with us and walked us through the entire appointment. Unfortunately they are short staffed and apparently the appointment system was allowing appointments that should not have been made. What bothered me is that we made an appointment to see a new Vet. That vet never stopped in for even 2 min to see us. We met with the nurse the entire time. I would have appreciated at least being acknowledged just for a minute and allow us to ask any needed questions. We used to see an awesome vet in Roswell also through Banfield and they had the same issues. All the staff had left. Thought we would give Marietta another chance, but looks like Banfield is just not it anymore.

Will never be going back to another Banfield location after the way my cat and I were treated. Whoever was working the front desk on 4/17/26 at 5:00pm should remember some compassion when a worried pet parent arrives with their (very) sick animal. Rolling your eyes, sighing, shaking your head in frustration at my worries, and then ultimately turning us away was unacceptable behavior. Had to go to two other vets after this because my fur baby was DYING. Thank you for showing me where NOT to go.

Other staff was very nice & helpful, however that man woman named Jennifer is VERY RUDE! and didn’t even bother speaking to us when we first walked up to the counter, she walked away didn’t say anything, then returned and still didn’t bother greeting us. Also it was our 1st visit, he was fully aware because he asked and he still didn’t care to ask/apply 1st visit free exam coupon. Also I just called asking 1 simple question about my cats first n last visit and he was very rude and lack helpfulness per usual. If u walking around with negative energy like that then maybe u shouldn’t work in customer service. I’m glad I went there on 1 of my good days. Also they are so over priced. Over $250 just for a urine analysis for a cat

Today I brought Maya to this location, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the experience. Dr. Izen was honestly the kindest, most professional, and communicative veterinarian I’ve had in the 8 years of caring for Maya. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole visit feel comfortable and reassuring. I also think sometimes in veterinary care the importance of kindness and detailed communication can be overlooked. Hearing a quick “everything looks good” isn’t always enough for pet owners who truly care about their animals. Dr. Izen really stood out because he took the time to talk through things and make sure I understood Maya’s health. You can tell he genuinely cares about both the pets and their owners. Dr. Izen is amazing—thank you for taking such great care of Maya! 🐾

Very rude front staff and only care about getting you to renew the wellness plan. Took cat in near the end of plan for not eating and thought his teeth were hurting but they said they were fine. Let the plan expired and took to another vet and he had terrible teeth and elevated liver count related to inflammation.
