  Took our two cockatiels here for their first checkup and a nail trim. The veterinarian and the tech were very nice and informative. The birds may not have been the easiest of patients, but they were well taken care of.

  Was kinda nervous with taking my snake here at first but they do there job well they and it's inexpensive for exotic vet only about 100$ bill and they gave her antibiotics.

  Dr. Shurling and her staff have been nothing short of amazing. For nearly 14 years, the care Lola received from them was truly exceptional. From routine visits to her spay procedure, everything was always handled with such professionalism, kindness, and attention. Recently, we had to say goodbye to our beloved Lola, and they made an incredibly difficult experience so much more bearable. From the moment we walked in, they treated her with such gentleness and respect, and showed us so much compassion. They explained everything, gave us time, and created a calm, peaceful environment for her final moments. It meant the world to us. We will always be thankful for the kindness and care they showed Lola and our family over the years. Thank you, Dr. Shurling and staff!

  Short and simple. Way more on the pricey side considering I called all around the area. Not good customer service over the phone.

  Will not be going back here. Just needed to get an update on vaccinations and the receptionist was very rude over the phone first off when I called and said we would be late due to a traffic jam. Then when my husband arrived ten minutes after our set appointment he said when he walked in she just gave him the ugliest look and continued just being absolutely rude . Yes we were late but I also called to inform them we would be late because of something we just could not help. I have no review of the doctor because unfortunately we just did not get to see her because my husband walked out due to this lady behind the desk. We will absolutely not be back & I would like to spread the word that if you are expecting the nastiest form of customer service this is the place to go. Again, I have no review on the doctor because we did not get her services but basically the coldest & unfriendliness atmosphere speaks for itself.
