    On Monday, after my pet’s appointment, I requested a written prescription so I could fill it through Chewy. Once home, I remembered that another Banfield location in the immediate Gwinnett area previously informed me of their price match option and has honored it on multiple prescriptions over the past year (as I have taken my dogs to both locations over the past four years). On Tuesday morning, I called this location to request a price match instead. I was told to come in, which I did. Upon arrival, I was informed that the location manager, Erica stated the “vendor does not allow price matching" and I could pay full price if I wanted it filled. This directly contradicts my repeated experience with other corporate Banfield Pet Hospital locations nearby that clearly do honor Chewy price matches. Given the inconsistency, I chose to leave and submit the prescription directly to Chewy. To be clear, I fully understand paying higher pricing when medication is urgently needed. However, when a corporate price match option exists and is actively honored at other area locations, it should be applied consistently. As a client maintaining three active wellness plans each month, I expect transparency and alignment with corporate standards. The larger concern here is not the price difference it is the inconsistent application of policy and the explanation provided. I would appreciate clarification from district or regional leadership regarding whether Chewy price matching is permitted and, if so, why it is selectively applied at this location. Consistency and customer trust matter.

    I brought my cat here today and it was amazing they keep in contact the whole time the animal is there to let you know what is going on and he was all caught up on his shots and they even groomed him!! Great place

    I DO NOT TRUST THIS HOSPITAL!! My old, [we admit] cantankerous kitty has been a patient of Banfield for years. We were @ the Flowery Branch location where they treated him with the dignity and respect of the 'rescued from the streets' seasoned man cat that he is. We have been to this location (Loganville) twice after moving here, and both visits were left with a feeling that they (vet workers) don't really care. Or maybe they just don't like old, cranky cats. They aren't as cute and cuddly as they used to be. He has slowed down and I am confident in saying he puts out the same vibe you give. The two times I have been (once for checkup, once for sick visit), there have been numerous red flags (of which I informed through the 'How did your visit go?' email about the first visit). I thought I would give one more chance as I am a Banfield monthly member and Flowery Branch was so wonderful. The second visit solidified my concerns about this location. I am canceling my Banfield subscription as I refuse to bring my precious fur man to a place where he is already uneasy, has to spend half the day (6+ hours), and BOTH times I was dismissively told that he is upset with them (NEVER happened at FB).
