- CHChristina HartOct 17, 20251.0I gave a star only because my fur baby was clean. My fur baby wasn't brushed, wasn't trimmed because he had hair all in his face. That isn't what I am use to. He didn't get his bandana after I paid for it. I am wondering what did they actually do because he looks like he did when he left my house. When he got home, I brushed him so he would look somewhat groom. When I called up to the location to speak to the groomer. He told me he didn't have time cut his Mohawk back in. I should have made my appointment a haircut. I miss my other groomer who use to work at Petco because I didn't have all this from none of my previous Petco groomers. They all left and did other things or moved too far away. I have went through three separate groomers and they get worst Everytime I take my fur baby there. I am really trying to give them benefit of doubt because I am 12 years plus customer. I would suggest you think twice about taking your fur babies to Stone Crest Petco.

From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and clearly passionate about pets. Sky can be a little shy at first, but the groomer took the time to make her feel comfortable and safe, which meant the world to me. The grooming itself was top-notch—Sky came out looking absolutely adorable! Her coat was soft, shiny, and trimmed just right. They even added a cute little bandana that made her look like she was ready for a photo shoot. 🐶✨ Thank you, Petco, for treating Sky like the queen she is! We’ll definitely be back for her next pampering session. 💖

The staff was patient, caring, and took their time to ensure she was comfortable throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond, and she came out looking and feeling like a brand-new pup. I'm so grateful for their attention to detail and gentle approach with my senior dog. Highly recommend!
