There are been several times where my dog came back and they could not “cut his face“ and they could not clip His nails. The customer service is terrible if I could give it negative stars I would.

The ONLY reason I didn't give five stars was the overbooking issue, but they promised to note my file for future visits. We will definitely be returning.
