Nobody could or wanted to help us. I am not sure what the situation was. My son was very disappointed. Every time we go to this location we have 30 minute wait to get fish, if we are even able to that is. It seems like the employees or management, again not sure which, don't really care about this business or customers. Will find another pet store to go to

I said over where, he continued to fiddle with a display and pointed again, over there. Beware of very, very poor customer assistance. Will not be shopping at Petco again.

I want to also mention that my brother is also a professional when it comes to these things as well. Purchased were a variety of six Molly fish. We even have them names my son was so excited. Yesterday one died and then today three more we are currently down to two Molly fish. My brother also expressed that he did another fish tank about a year ago and purchased from this same location and had a similar experience however he figured because it was so long ago things may have changed. Well clearly it hadn't. I am very disappointed that we have lost four fish within 24 hours. Not only that but my son is on the spectrum and with him being very expressive to his feelings he's really heart broken about this.
