- ALAndrea Littleton2 days ago3.0Staff is cool and really nice, there are products that I’ll continue to buy here but this location always smells bad, the ladies restroom is atrocious, there’s always stuff piled up in the hall by the bathrooms, and there are always boxes and merchandise in the aisles or blocking the shelves. It seems like the store just has too much stuff and either not enough time to put it away or there’s no space. The smell has improved and it’s a bit more organized than before but could still be better.

- DCdawson creekNov 12, 20251.0Went to this location October 30 for some plants and to check out the fish selection. Upon walking in the cashier stared, didn't greet us and quickly turned away. Went to the fish tanks, the lights were off on the tanks, they were all being treated for some type of ick outbreak so I couldn't buy fish, went to check out the plants. The plant selection was terrible as they were all dead or dying. I saw a petco associate stocking dog food but when he saw me coming his way he must've thought I was going to ask him a question and immediately stopped what he was doing and walked to the back. Poor Betta fish were either dead or dying in those dirty Betta cups. I started heading to the door and my daughter asks if we were going to at least get dog treats or a dog toy and I told her I didn't want to buy anything out of this store.
