  Had a wonderful experience with this establishment. It was my baby girl's 1st real groom. She was a handful ( Shih Tzu). She had some matting going on and Darian as well as other staff did and amazing job with my girl. They were very informative, let me know upfront what the plan was. They even called me and gave me updates on her progress. Thank you so much for all your help, looking forward to seeing you soon for next groom.

  The grooming experience was great! Darrian was very quick and efficient. I wasn’t sure how I wanted my dog’s hair to be cut, so I let him have free discretion and she was super cute when I picked her up! The whole experience was fantastic, and I will definitely bring my dog back.

  Paws and Parks in Lawrenceville offers excellent dog training services. The trainers are knowledgeable, patient, and truly take the time to understand both the dog and owner. The training sessions were structured, effective, and easy to follow, and we saw real progress in a short amount of time. What stood out most was the care and attention given to each dog, along with helpful guidance for owners to continue the training at home. I highly recommend Paws and Parks to anyone looking for quality, results-driven dog training in a welcoming environment.

  If I could leave a zero star review, I would. I hate to give this place even one measly star. Our experience only got worse as it continued. This was our first experience at this establishment. Our dog, Lily had Santa pictures scheduled and we wanted her to look pretty. Well, I had to cancel the pictures because of how she looked. My husband made the reservation and asked for a Teddy Bear cut. He was asked to provide a picture of what he wanted our dog to look like. We thought that by supplying a picture, there would be little to no question on our expectations. According to the fellow who cut Lily, Darrian (owner?), the picture that we supplied was indeed NOT a teddy bear cut. So, the verbiage we used was contradictory to the picture we provided, according to him. I am in the service industry, and when clarity is needed because a picture and a verbal description don’t add up, you ASK QUESTIONS. Darrian did not ask ANY clarifying questions when we offered our description of what we wanted Lily to look like. Darrian is the “professional dog groomer”, although he lacks plenty of professional attributes. Instead of asking professional questions pertaining to the pictures we supplied, he ASSUMED what we wanted. All he had to do was ask, and we would have requested that he not shave her ears. Lily has a beautiful coat, and her ears have always been long, looking like cute pig tails. Darrian stated a teddy bear cut does not have longer ears, so he shaved them! Quite frankly, I’m surprised he didn’t shave her tail too! So, my husband and I go up to Paws and Parks to communicate our dissatisfaction. And that’s where it got worse. Darrian listened, acknowledged that he heard us and then went on to let us know IT WAS OUR FAULT that this happened. He said that the picture what we supplied was not a Teddy bear cut, so he was just doing what we asked for. Once again, If there is confusion in the directions he was given, HE SHOULD HAVE ASKED! He asked us to provide a picture, and he completely ignored it! Open ended questions are VERY important to customer service. Additionally, Darrian asked my husband, “where is your fault in this?” I was appalled by this question and befuddled at why he was asking my husband where his fault lies when my husband was just a paying customer. And pay, he did! $85. Darrian did not accept responsibility and instead passed the blame to us. Although it is not their policy, he offered a refund and then a threat. He threatened that if we were to receive the refund and leave a negative review he would sue us. To me, an honest review is much more valuable than $85.
