  I usually do not leave any reviews; however, pet owners please be careful booking here. My wife and I dropped off our dog for a grooming a few months ago for a routine grooming. When we first dropped her off, the owner was personal with her. Everything was great until we got the call that she was ready. About 10 minutes into our drive we got a second call that our dog “bit” her tongue. He said he would try to get it to stop and give her a second bath, since it was on her paws. When we got there, we waited an additional 15-20 mins before going in, since he told us he would call once she was ready. We never received a call, so we headed inside the shop. Once inside, our dog was bleeding profusely from the mouth. The owner gave us a muzzle to hold paper towels against her mouth to control the bleeding. Our dog was super frantic and scared. We loaded her in the car and had to take her to an emergency vet, which resulted in her needing surgery to suture the underside of her tongue. She had about an inch long laceration under her tongue and we were now responsible for an $800 vet bill. Once home, the business owner reached out to check on our dog, which we thought was a good gesture. However, after a few texts back and forth plus a status update, he asked for us to pay half of the grooming and to accept responsibility that the laceration was our dogs fault. The owner refused to accept that he is responsible the pets safety while under his watch. We responded that we would be more than happy to pay for the grooming, if he would give us the business’s insurance to claim the surgery bill under. The owner simply told us to “enjoy the free grooming” and would not provide any insurance information to cover an expense caused by choosing to book a grooming with him. Please be careful, if you decide to book your dog a grooming/training here.

  I have been using Paws and Parks since October 2025. I started taking my Morkie and now I also take my Akita Husky. I have used their full grooming and wash services several times over the past few months. With having two dogs I have to use them regularly. Damien and his team not only do an amazing job, they are very patient, and you can tell that they have a genuine love for animals. This is my go to place! My dogs even get excited when we pull up in the parking lot and literally drag me to the door. I have tried a few other groomers and when we returned to use their services my Morkie was extremely anxious and afraid to go in. So seeing him excited to see the building and Damien and his staff definitely gives me a peace of mind.

  I had a great experience today. The owner spent alot of time getting to know my dog Nikki and I, he is a true professional. And the whole staff was very sweet with my girl. She can be a bit of a problem child and has several injuries and these folks were so good with her. And I like the fact they use neutral smelling soap for bathing. Im not a fan of some of the smells of past groomers when it comes to the product used. She was fresh and clean and happy!! Will return and thank you!
