Made appointment days ago to get my puppy vaccinated. I came there early, and i was told that i will wait a bit because they are busy, what i accepted. After 45 minutes, and my inquiry about the doctor, i was told that they have only one doctor, and if i would like to reschedule. Shameful behavior.

- YAYvonne AngleDec 5, 20255.0I've brought several of my babies in the past. Just recently got a new one on board. This crew has always taken good care of us with loving care and patience. My little Ellie just got her spaying and the Dr. had requested we schedule for a date he would be in personally for the procedure. This is how much they care. And I am so thankful for the plan, I could not afford to get the procedure without it. The vet tech pretty much held Ellie in a blankie most of the day because I could not get there from work until 4:30 and she said Ellie got upset every time she tried to put her down. If that isn't love and dedication I don't know what is. No business or individual is perfect, none of us are, we all fall short. And sometimes we can be so quick to judge and take offense. Seeing things through our own eyes and filter in the heat of frustration and disappointment. I GOT NO STONES TO THROW, I just pray we can all take a step back and approach the situation with kindness and patience once we have had a moment to calm down in ALL of our daily interactions. God Bless the team at this Location and God Bless us Everyone!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
