  I got two birds about 2 weeks ago and the first one died like a week and a half later and then the-other one died 6 days later and no i did not bring it back because i don't want to and wanted to bury it, because y'all really don't do nothing for them anyway this is my first pet that has died in that short amount of time this is crazy never buying from here again

  I’ll start with a positive - the employees are always nice and helpful. Now, let me explain the one star. I didn’t roam around much, so I didn’t check out the other habitats, but the fish tanks were AWFUL! I never thought I’d actually feel bad for fish, but I definitely did when I saw these tanks. There was so much build up, I don’t know how any of the fish were even surviving. How do you let it get this bad?? Someone needs to be held accountable for this. It’s cruel, and uneducated customers could see that and think it’s okay if they allow their own tanks to get that bad. YOU’RE SETTING A TERRIBLE EXAMPLE!! Do better. The pictures don’t even show the worst of it. I have a video, but it’s not letting me post it, but I’ll gladly share it with their staff and a manager.

  From the Vital Care program to the wonderful humans at my local Acworth, Georgia store, my experience with Petco for the last 6 years has been an all inclusive,one stop shop for all 6 of our dogs needs and wants. The staff at the Kennesaw Vetco are wonderful, understanding, accommodating and simply great at what they do. This place does IT ALL...and does it all well!

  I scheduled an appointment for 1:00 PM, but the salon repeatedly called and texted me to bring my puppy in early because the groomer, Sami, was leaving at 3:00 PM. I went out of my way to get him there early just to be helpful, but it clearly backfired. The quality was a "hot mess." His hair was completely chopped up and uneven. To make matters worse, they called me mid-appointment saying they couldn’t finish because he wouldn’t let her cut his face—even though he had his face groomed at this exact location during his last visit without any issues. If you don't plan to be there for the duration of the appointment or don't have the patience required to work with a puppy, you shouldn't accept the booking.

  Not enough workers to help. Craig is awful at customer service. I asked him a question and he was not helpful. Refused to help me find an item. Or anything similar. If you do not like your job maybe you should do something else. The young lady at the cashier desk was amazing though.
