- CAChristina AbernathyOct 19, 20251.0Practice Manager is money hungry. We visited 3 weeks ago for a new patient exam with puppy shots. We were told by the doctor we would need to return in 3 week(today) to get a booster shot and no office visit would be needed as there was no need for an exam to receive a simple booster. Upon arriving to our appointment we were told despite the notes from the doctor, the practice manager said an office visit was required. She said "the doctor cant make that call". In the medical world no one charges office visits for a simple injection especially within 3 weeks of an exam. These are generally classified as a nurse/vet tech visit just to revive injection without an exam. It would have been standard to charge for the medication and the administration of the medication not to force an unnecessary office visit just for the money. And wow to say a doctor cant make calls on patients is insane. What license does the practice manager have I wonder?

She has great customer skills and is very attentitive to all the animals she comes into contact with and cares for them as if they were her own. I would definitely recommend this location for sure! Thank you for your awesomeness and attentiveness to every little detail!

However the staff were extremely nice and patient with me. Dr. Prince, nurse Samantha and Alex in reception were all nothing but incredible. Alex was so polite over the phone and even checked on pricing for me. Dr Prince and Samantha were so sweet as they could see my pup was a little uneasy and made every effort to make her feel safe. I cant thank them enough! I would highly recommend this location and will surely use them in the future!
