- MMMarina6 days ago1.0I found this vet because it was closer. I came on Friday with abscess my cat had after a bite. Dr. Arlene J. Kim checked him, said they would have to shave the area to see the infected area... The vet assistant came next with the invoice saying that they would perform two injections, then he brought the injections and nobody cared to shave the infected area, just injections... Doctor Kim didn't care to come and explain why she didn't want to see the wound... Nobody cared to explain what would happen next. At night I feel the swelling on my cat but I had no idea where the infection would go... He was bleeding later and understood that it was ok until I saw through fur dark purple wounds. He didn't let me to check it nor I could see anything clear. I took my cat to the Urgent care the next day where they were surprises that nobody shaved him to look what was going on... How any Doctor can administer or say anything before he checks any kind of wound??? I am very disappointed and will not take my fur babies there. I do not trust such treatments. Plus they are not cheap... If I have to go to Urgent care after your Doctors so what is the reason to come to you guys? Tell your vet assistance to learn more about the injections. He said that pain medicine had to last for 3-4 days, where Urgent care told me that it was good for 12 hours only... So poor cat was in pain, not eating or sleeping because of his poor knowledge... I can't stand of expensive Doctors with such level of treatments...

- LHLaurie HNov 6, 20251.0I would give this vet 0 starts if I could. Completely inept and negligent. Had my pets moved here bc it was closer and had my previous vet send records of vaccinations. Long story short, Johns creek vet input the wrong date for when my pups rabies vaccine and other vaccines was due. 7 months behind schedule. My pup could have been walking around for 7 months without a rabies shot. He is still behind schedule but made an emergency appt at my former vet. Also had to call them multiple times to have records sent over to the new vet. Not once did they take accountability or responsibility. Completely Negligent. Do not take your pets here if you want them to be healthy and well cared for. On a side note, they always have fill in doctors who don’t normally work there. I’ve never seen the same Dr more than once. Edited, in response to their response: I called the cell phone of the head Dr , Dr Kim, while ant the vet and she said it was her day off and couldn’t help me. She told me to talk to the manager Natalia who gaslighted me and was rude. The attending. Dr, Dr Adrienne told me to go elsewhere for the rabies shot.
