- JLj Lynn4 days ago1.0Took my boy to get fixed, when you do the paperwork it asks if you want them microchipped for $40. I marked yes and they forgot to microchip my dog. Didn’t get an update on how the surgery went and the lady that answered the phone had no clue what a brachycephalic dog is. I’m really disappointed they turned out to be a not so great vet office.

- AMAnna mitchell6 days ago5.0I love this clinic and the staff. Dr Hall is the best vet I’ve had for my animals. The prices have increased significantly since the last visit for the same issue. Increased by $70 which was quite a surprise. But as long as Dr Hall is there, I’ll use this clinic.
- SKShe KnowsNov 17, 20251.0I’m still not sure what I paid for - no diagnosis/ discovery print out or notes were made or given to me. Nobody called me to update me or to let me know when to pick up my companion. I never even got to speak to the doctor! I paid my bill (which included things that weren’t done - sedation, bloodwork), they handed me the carrier and walked away. I asked for medication, nobody bothered with it. The lack of compassion this clinic has shown my pet was absolutely awful. After this procedure, my companion quit eating completely and died a horrible, painful, cruel death. Such a sweet baby, she didn’t deserve this treatment.

I've been to alot of vets and hate the service, prices, and just nasty attitudes. They made a 911 situation so comfy and assuring. THANK YOU DR. KYLE, AND THIS STAFF. THEY wound up staying a little late and didn't ever make us feel uncomfortable. Once again Thank all of you, I'll never have to search for another Vet!! BTW - we had never been to this vet, yet they where sympathetic to our needs right away. She had been in labor 10 hours already.
