Today was our first time visiting them and we truly only have positive things to say. We have 4 dogs, 3 of them had their vaccines and yearly check up due. We were treated so well by all the staff and Dr. Jackson. Two of our dogs are anxious but they managed them so well. We will be back soon for future appointments.

Very friendly and nice atmosphere. For the place to be a vet, it was very clean and smelled nice. I was greeted with a warm welcome, from the team and they treated my Harley with tender loving care! 10/10 would recommend. And to add I’m allergic to pet dander and they had tissue..on deck! Lol can get a bit pricey but not break the bank pricey.

Had to take my 129lb fur baby in for an emergency during the ice storm. My initial contact over the phone with them was very informative. The receptionist did not rush me, she took time to listen to me, asked me questions about my fur baby & ensured that I understood everything. When I arrived, the clinic was cleaned, calm & welcoming. They even offered to help me get Brandi out of the car, as she was having trouble walking. Check-in was simple, quick & easy. The assistant & the Dr were absolutely AMAZING!!!! I hate I forgot their names, but EVERYONE was just as amazing! They treated Brandi as if she were a part of their family, gently with love & care. They will be my back up Vet from this point on. ❤️🐕‍🦺

Came in with my dog who was choking and they took her to the back right away. I was so scared that I ran out of the house without a jacket on and it was 20 degrees outside. The front desk employee (I forgot her name but she was so kind) offered me her jacket and also gave me a blanket. She was so comforting and sweet. It is a bit pricey there but I would have paid it all over again if I had to for my baby. I’m so grateful for emergency pet hospital and I still have my baby till this day because of the wonderful staff members! Thank you guys 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
