Dr. Harvison: didn't get a chance to meet he or she bc they wouldn't see my dog bc we didn't purchase one of the wellness plans and my dog was up to date with his shots so therefore coming out to meet first time patients who took time out of their day to visit your location was beneath Dr. Harvison. The assistant was nice but was basically being used as a messenger for Dr. Harvison. I won't return because I see this place is about money, once they saw I wasn't buying one of those useless plans, they were ready for us to go. BEWARE EVERYONE! Also if you get an ad from Banfield stating your pets first visit is free, make sure you have the coupon with you bc per the assistant "they will make you pay $75'. Definitely will not be returning and advising others to do their research first. 1 star is still too much to rate.

Called was put on hold immediately despite having a quick yes or no question, was asked do you mind if I put you on hold and didn't wait for a response, went there and spoke with a gentleman. Seemed he couldn't be rid of me fast enough and hastily/annoyedly answered my inquiries. He was helpful and did answer my questions and scanned the stray that came to my house for the holidays. I just couldn't shake the feeling he wanted me gone while I was there and even after I left. These were different days but I highly suspect it was the same person who spoke to me on the phone and left me waiting for 20 minutes and never picked up. Felt like it was worth a few minutes to describe how much resistance I felt in this process of trying to help a stray dog for Christmas.....to be fair I know I'm not a paying customer for this service but it took him all of a minute and I was patient while he helped the couple people before me. I will try to find somewhere I feel welcomed though before I get this dog his shits etc.

I just wanted to give a big thank you and express my appreciation for Dr. Halverson. Our dog was experiencing heart issues and had an unexpected seizure. She quickly looked into the issue and tried to find the source of the problem. Her transparency about how far Banfield services could go in diagnosing my dog led to us going to a good ER to continue to see what was going on. She made the effort to call the ER and stabilize my dog so the transfer was seamless. You can truly tell she cares and made sure she could answer everything she could and make sure we were informed as we continued to find out what was wrong. I just wanted to give a thank you to Dr. Halverson and her team for being so responsive and caring.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
