This is not really the groomers fault, but as a suggestion perhaps going a little slower with a skittish dog would help. Overall a good groom and Buddy will be fine in a couple of weeks.

She responded “we may not be able to cut him”. She then dragged my dog in the salon instead of picking him up. Her rude was witnessed by her colleagues & myself. So I asked for a different groomer. The gentleman volunteered to be my dogs groomer, he was extremely kind, he offered to contact us with updates. Though he said our dog really dislike his hair cut on his foot & face. My dog allowed him to hug him and he said my dog was actually lovable and allowed him to finish. Thank you Ace for your kindness and your professionalism. My dog first transition from Atlanta went well indeed.

They always do an excellent job with the cut. In terms of price, I think they’re very compatible to other groomers. I highly recommend them.
