Normally don't mind petco, our dog loves ...like is actually obsessed with the leaps and bounds flocked squeaker toy they keep by the registers, but when we found out they took all the squeakers out of the balls but sell them for the same price. Pretty ridiculous. Not to mention when asked them about it, couldn't give an answer, asked customer service, they had no idea what we were talking about so it's not like it's a recall issue or anything, so why do it?

Why don’t your employees let us older customers know that we can get items at a less expensive price by telling them we saw the item at a discounted rate online instead of just letting us pay $4.00 more?

I like Petco but this location is terrible...the majority of people working hate their job, are RUDE, and the worst part is it's acceptable because you'd have to drive to Aiken for the nearest store. They consistently provide bare minimum customer service. If the job is that stressful the company needs to push help to this location.

Didn’t have the best experience ever. Staff definitely rude and selective with their care. Dr Lutemar was iffy I couldn’t tell if she showed much interest or not. The MA was okay she rubbed me the wrong way just once when she laughed while reviewing my puppies records(that I just got 3 days ago) Savanna was the most caring person in the building and she works for the front desk. This is my first time owning a puppy that has to be in my care in my adult life and they made me seem like I was completely retarded . Won’t come back to this establishment and just word of advice ; when working in HEALTHCARE no matter what type of HEALTHCARE , at least have an informative and caring attitude and not be rude and rushed and expect everyone to know everything that YOUUUUU specialize in. Do better team :)
