  I placed an order through Chewy, as I do every month, for my pets prescriptions. This time has been a very unpleasant experience. I placed an order 17 days ago for heart and allergy meds but it has yet to be approved. Something that takes 2-3 days has taken almost 20. Chewy and myself have called and we keep getting it will be done today and it has yet to be approved. Again, this is something I have been ordering for over a year now and it has never taken this long.I escalated my concern to corporate.

  I don’t have a problem with the actual medical care but the customer service is awful. The take cash at certain times of the day. They didnt inform me that before returning to pick up my baby. I never visited a veterinary hospital where I had to drop my dog off. Her appointment was at 9am. It is 4:20pm and my son is still waiting to pick her up. So think about it my dog has been there since 9am no water, no walk just stuck in a cage. I called to see what was going on and they said the vet is busy with a lot of other dogs. That was at 1pm. I told them that I will pick her up and not to touch her so I ca ln take her to her regular vet. They quickly did everything and called me after my call to say that they did everything and my charge will be $300. But let’s go back to her being in their care with no water, no food and no walk stuck in a cage from 9am to 4:25pm. When I asked about this the young lady chuckled and said I will get your dog fresh water and ask for someone to walk your dog. But what about all the other dogs who are just sitting there for hours. Customer care and pet care is at the all time low at this location. Corporate will be called.

  Donovan was amazingly helpful in getting my pets medical records and with my questions and very quick and efficient! He is definitely and asset for the company!

  I went to Banfield Hospital on the la Vista Road in Tucker, Georgia The initial care with everyone was fine. The doctor was kind of questionable. I received a prescription that wasn’t signed which I couldn’t use so then I decided to go through PetSmart to use a prescription at that time. This is day number five they have still not gotten to the prescription I find the lack in. Through with them in the Medical was just terrible. They try to upsell you to one of their cares. I found that to be a little aggressive and not what I really needed at that time after what they told me I would not suggest using this for your animal for nothing I don’t. I really think it’s more about the money Even though this was the first time free visit, I Wouldn’t pay a second time I also wanted to add they gave me the opportunity to come in to get the Would’ve been fine except I went a long way like 35 miles to that visit at that time. I asked if we transferred to medication to one of the officers closer to me that wasn’t a possibility I really As this before, not being able just for me to pick up medication at another location, this is not a place that’s in it with the animal or the families is in it with their selves
