  I was already not happy with the care at Banfield, East Point, and only using it until I canceled the Wellness program for my 2 GSDs. However, after the charge that was mistakenly quoted and charged to my Amex and not taken off is confirmation that I will not renew the Wellness program. I was told on 4/14/26 at Banfield after an office visit the charge would be taken off because the cost originally quoted, $170.72 was incorrect. The actual cost was $65.39. I was assured that the $170.72 would be refunded to my Amex. I was told via phone on Monday 4/20/26 that it had been refunded. I was told today, 4/24/26, that it was never charged and I must be mistaken. Yet it is on my Amex account. I was told I have to dispute it, which I did. I had to spend 30 minutes to dispute Banfield's mistake. I think I'm coming up for renewal. How do I cancel?

  If I could rate this location zero stars I would. First, let me start by saying Darren at the receptionist desk was extremely helpful and patient with me while I was asking questions as a first time pet owner. The veterinarian or whoever she is named Carmen was absolutely disrespectful and dismissive. After she gave me my out of cost total, I recommended being switched to their plan (Banfield Wellness) as it just made more sense and was more affordable vs what I was about to pay. Carmen told me that I had to get their plan next time I come because she didn’t want to redo the paperwork. I would never recommend this place and it will be my puppies first and last time going there. My dog is an emotional support animal, and this interaction really treated my anxiety to the point I had to get my mom involved. If you care about your pet like I do take them to a better location perhaps Peachtree city or Fayetteville. They have much better reviews and I regret not listening to my instincts. Not to mention his appointment was at 9am and we didn’t get out of there until 7:10pm. My puppy was EXTREMELY thirsty when he got home. From the looks of it, he was without water for a while. Once again 0 stars for this location!!!

  Terrible service schedule a appointment on the app for 5 pm get there at 5 and they tell me they can’t take my dog because they close at 6 tellling me they called me to reschedule I don’t know how that’s possible when I have 0 missed called or no text from them. I’m not a veterinarian but im sure it doesn’t take a entire hour for my dog to get a single shot
