  Paid for a $15 Face, feet and fanny trim. One side of her face was trim, and the other side was not touch, my dog still had her in her eyes, and her feet was not touch at all. If I knew they wasn't going to do a good job I would have taken her to PetSmart's to get a clean face trim. I gave one start because they did trim her butt hole area. I have taken my dog to both PetSmart and Petco once for the full puppy wash and work so I could make up in my mind which one I want to make our groomer, this was my second time at Petco I wanted to see if Petco could do her face as well as PetSmart. It looks as if PetSmart do a better job on my puppy. Not sure if I will try Petco grooming again.

  This review is only for the grooming section! I have had no issues with the retail side. I would say be careful when booking a grooming appointment overall. 1 star because the lady who did the grooming for my puppy was nice and because my puppy's under paw fur and nails were taken care of nicely. 4 stars removed because the other staff yelled at and insulted me and my dog, they wouldn't do the full groom that we booked because they said it would take too long, since she's a puppy and because of her breed. There was a lot of sarcasm and blame placed on me for my puppy having thick fur. The staff member yelled that I lied about my dog's breed, even though both her breeds were on file on the company's website. They had that information at the time of booking, so I wish there had been some prior communication if there was a problem with the scheduling instead of taking the inconvenience out on my dog and me. When I picked my puppy up, she had hardly anything done, she kind of just smelled like wet dog, and she had scratches all over her nose from the razor. She had gotten a full groom before at a different company and came out clean, smelling nice, and fully trimmed with no scratches, so I don't recommend this place. It should be noted that my dog was pretty anxious all day after visiting this place, and she had a lot of fun after her previous grooming appointment. I just feel bad that I didn't immediately turn around and take my pup somewhere safer when the yelling started. For me, the yelling and accusations were the biggest problem. I appreciate the team member with a kind attitude, but there was just too much in the negative column for me.

  Ashley C has done an awful job in providing customer service. She was absolutely rude to my daughter and i when we dropped our dogs off; yet we still went back 2 weeks ago and treated just about the same way. There was no curbside services- we had to stand outside and wait for someone to finally answer the phone so they can open the door; the groomers seemed overwhelmed and rude. You should learn a little from the services PetSmart is providing and how they treat their clientele We do to get charity services- We PAY for our services therefore we will be taking our business elsewhere.
