    I went in to for a scheduled appointment for my kitten. I was offered the coupon when I originally called. I was told where to go online. They even asked about my prior pet I had on my account from 11 YEARS AGO. I spoke to several people in regards to my account/coupon. Even confirmed my appointment and my coupon THIS morning. I walk in and the “practice manager” was extremely unprofessional, passive aggressive, and refused to accept accountability on her staffs’ part. She kept mentioning how I should have read the fine print. Her employees KNEW I was an existing customer 11 YEARS ago and NO ONE decided to let me know my coupon, which they offered me to check out online, was NOT APPLICABLE for me. This “practice manager” was extremely passive aggressive and made me very uncomfortable. I will NEVER return to Banfield again! Tip: learn to maintain your composure and de escalate situations where your staff were in the wrong. Her inability to reason and show sympathy for my time, PTO, and gas that was wasted it highly disappointing. Let’s do a 101 real quick: (1) check your body language. 2) show SYMPATHY and active LISTENING skills. 3) take ACCOUNTABILITY for the staff’s behalf. 4) go over the TERMS. 5) find a middle ground OR show genuine concern. 6) offer a small discount, coupon or to reschedule. As a result, a reasonable customer would walk away feeling heard and satisfied with the compromise. I would NEVER hire this woman whom also refused to provide her manager’s contact.

    The team at 3455 Peachtree Industrial are phenomenal. Very welcoming and passionate at care for the pets that they service. Highly recommend this branch of professionals.

    I really enjoy going to this Banfield center everyone is really nice and they allow my dog to get in and out . I did have one incident the vet gave my dog her shot too early and that messed up my wellness plan but the office corrected the matter and made everything better . There’s another Banfield closer to my house but I literally drive 30 minutes just to go to the one on peachtree industrial because of the customer service.
