  I have used Banfield for all of my pets for more than thirty years. I have no problem with them or the care. Although, we always use the plan, we find that even with the plan, prices are quite high.

  I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment and fury regarding the care my dog, Romeo, received at your clinic on March 5th. I have been a loyal Banfield client for over seven years, but following this experience, I will never return, nor will I ever recommend your services to another pet parent. During Romeo’s comprehensive exam, I clearly and explicitly instructed the vet tech that no vaccines were to be administered, as he is currently seeing another veterinarian. I stated that the visit was strictly for bloodwork and anal gland expression. Despite my direct instructions, I discovered upon reviewing the paperwork that evening that Romeo had been vaccinated anyway. When I called the next day to address this, the veterinarian confirmed that vaccines were administered and stated, "I am sorry, I wish we could take it back, it was a misunderstanding." This is not a simple misunderstanding; it is a blatant disregard for my instructions and a failure to provide acceptable care. As an owner, I have the right to advocate for my dog, who is a member of my family. To have my medical decisions completely ignored is a form of neglect that I find professionaly and ethically unacceptable. I am incredibly disheartened by the level of ignorance shown by your staff. I intend to share my experience to ensure other pet parents are aware of the lack of oversight and respect for owner consent at this clinic

  The location closest to me closed down so I went to this location to get a refill. The staff was so friendly and made the process of getting my pups prescription filled so easy! They were nursing a dog they was coming out of anesthesia the care they took with her made me feel really comfortable. They greated me with a smile and quick service!

  DO NOT BRING YOUR FUR BABIES HERE!!! They don’t care about your pets or what you want to get done to them NEGLIGENT STAFF!!!

  HORRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE!! They gave my dog vaccines without letting me know. I TOLD THE VET TECH NO VACCINES because he sees a different vet !! And they went ahead and gave him vaccines when she told me the would only do the bloodwork and anal glad expression!! NEGLIGENT PEOPLE!!!
