  Dr. Lord and staff are the best with my furbabies. I have had to call odd hours and he calls back with in 20 minutes! Tha whole staff is AWESOME!

  Took my SAR GSD for a check up for her heartworm, flea & tick. Horrible experience. He wanted to drug my GSD for a fecal exam. And wouldn't even come in the room with her & I. Definitely would not recommend for large breeds. He was rude and obnoxious with no bedside manner. I guess he's better with small dogs, I however wouldn't trust him with anything.
