Asked them to do a urine analysis for suspected UTI for my cat. They left him for six hours in his transport backpack to the point where he peed on himself in the bag, and then told me they couldn't do the urine analysis because he was too aggressive. They wanted to do the kind of analysis where they extract straight from his bladder, and we told them we did not want that. If they had put him in a room with a litterbox, he would have peed in it, and they could have analyzed that. Instead, they tried to do the more expensive option anyway, couldn't, and just let him piss himself after keeping him in a bag for six hours. They then gave me a syringe to collect the urine myself, to then bring back to them to analyze, because apparently, they want to charge you to do their job for them.

The wait was a bit long, but the doctors, front desk and technicians staff are all very nice. Very thorough, detailed and clear communication and exam. Even with a longer wait (about 30 mins in a room) the environment did not feel chaotic or stressful. I appreciate I was given a referral vs having a doctor attempt a procedure they aren't fully confident with

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
