- JSJennifer SmithMar 4, 20264.0Service was fine, but each time I have a heartworm test for my dogs and Vetco writes the prescription, they write it for an expensive medicine and I don't buy that one. They continue to write it for Nexguard and I use Tri-Heart. Very irritating and more work for me! Also the vet told me that my dogs death were really bad and I took her to a vet for teeth cleaning and she said my dogs teeth were good.
