  I’ve tried to give this location multiple chances, but unfortunately the customer service with the women who work here continues to be disappointing. I’ve often felt ignored when asking for help, and there have been several occasions where “women”employees walked past me while I was clearly looking for assistance. Even when I’ve asked directly, it sometimes feels like my request is brushed off or attention is given to someone else instead. Another issue is that the register is frequently unattended when customers are ready to check out, which makes the experience even more frustrating. I do want to acknowledge Brent and Cory, who have always been friendly, helpful, and willing to assist when needed. They make a positive difference. However, the overall attitude from some of the other “women” staff members comes across as rude or uninterested in helping customers. Customer service roles require basic courtesy and attentiveness, and unfortunately that hasn’t been my experience here. Because of this, I’ve found myself driving farther to another location in cumming where the service is consistently better. Or across the street to Petsmart.

  I was taking my pet on a trip next day (last minute) and needed some items. One of those items had only one left in store, so I was grateful I could order online for same day pickup. When I got to the store with my pet, I asked for help with a few other items I needed for the trip. The staff was incredibly helpful to me and kind to my pet. I wasn’t sure I could figure out the ID engraving machine so they helped me with that too. I also appreciated that I could try on sizes with my pet to get a secure fit with different gear. I appreciate Petco greatly and I highly recommend the order online process that allows for in store pickup (same day) or delivery. My trip went smoothly and my pet did well with his new gear.
