  I found out I was being charged on my credit card $10 per month for a club I don’t remember being signed up for. Called customer service to try to resolve and they refused to stop charging card. I shop at Petsmart because of poor quality products I have purchased at Petco . Petsmart is across street strongly recommend doing business there. Do to the lack of concern and refusal to correct issue. I will never shop at petco again! Not sure why the would be willing to loose a customer and accept a bad review instead of resolving issue! Very disappointed! Beware!

  Staff are very kind and helpful when I come in, but I do not recommend adopting from here. My roommate recently brought home a 3-month-old kitten from this Petco location. At the time of adoption, the kitten had a cloudy, inflamed eye and was sneezing. No illness or contagious condition was disclosed during the adoption process, despite my roommate clearly stating that two other cats already lived in the household. Within days, my roommate’s 1-year-old cat began developing watery, goopy eyes and sneezing. Shortly after that, my 5-month-old kitten—who had previously been perfectly healthy—developed the same symptoms, which quickly escalated. Two days after my kitten’s first sign of illness, she woke up unable to open her right eye due to swelling and thick yellow discharge. Veterinarians have since diagnosed all three cats with upper respiratory infections (URIs), which are caused by highly contagious viruses and bacteria. I understand this Petco receives their adoptable kittens from the local humane society and may not have had the kitten long, but an already symptomatic kitten should NEVER be adopted out to a multi-cat household. I’m not sure if a wellness exam is performed on intake, but the kitten was clearly unhealthy, and the lack of proper disclosure is extremely disappointing. This entire situation could have easily been avoided, and now my kitten is suffering the consequences. Photos are attached to show how quickly this progressed from clear, healthy eyes to severe swelling and discharge within just a few days. I have seen improvement since she’s been on meds, but no pet owner should be put in this position.
