- SCSlicks Chick3 days ago5.0My baby, 2 yr old boxer tested positive for heartworm. We were devastated. We had used natural remedies for fleas and ticks. Fears on shortened life by “poisons”. Thank God for hope there were no swimmers in the blood and his lungs shows some inflammation, we are treating him. I don’t know why animal lives are shortening as media says. I know quality of the life you are given is more important long and suffering in silence as dogs do. Don’t be afraid to treat them with medication that is more beneficial than “natural”, when it can be life or death.
