Three days ago our 5 month old Dane mix puppy got ahold of a kitchen sponge first thing in the morning. After several minutes of me frantically trying to retrieve it from him he swallowed it WHOLE! I knew there was no way he was going to pass it so I got him in the car and called Crestview. When I arrived staff was already waiting for him and immediately took him back and induced vomiting and retrieved the sponge! They were all SO sweet with him and cheering him on, making a stressful situation feel a whole lot lighter. I hope I never have to use them again in an emergency, but I will definitely use them for other vet services moving forward. Thank you so much from me and Charlie!
The emergency vet and staff are true angels. The love, care, empathy and support they showed to my best friend and her beloved dog is something I will always remember. Losing a beloved pet is devastating and they truly understand how to balance professionalism and care. Thank you so much to the vet and staff ❤️

We use Abby for grooming our long hair Jack Russell. She has been Cinnamon's faithful groomer for 8 years now. Abby is on top of her game. Cinnamon comes home perfectly trimmed, smelling like roses and is very bouncy with the weight of her extra hair removed. I really appreciate how Abby remembers our preferences for Cinnamon, down to the longer cut in the winter months, medium in the spring and shaved all summer. She always gets our next appointments booked for us too so I don't have to remember to do that. Also, Crestview keeps up with Cinnamon's Bordetella vaccine so we can just update that at her grooming appointments so I don't have to make a special appointment for that either. Grooming with Abby at Crestview is just like hitting the easy button!

We brought our 2-year-old golden retriever, Sully, in today, and we are so grateful for Maggie, the vet tech who helped us. She was incredibly sweet, compassionate, and professional from start to finish.
Maggie took the time to clearly explain everything about Sully’s arthritis and helped us understand what it means for such a young dog. She walked us through the treatment options and next steps with patience and care, answering all of our questions and making sure we felt comfortable and informed before we left.
It’s obvious she truly cares about the animals she works with and the families who love them. We left feeling reassured and thankful that Sully is in such good hands.
We really appreciate her kindness and expertise!

I took my 10 year old boxer in on Monday night. She had collapsed at home. I wanted them to tell me if she would make it through the night or not. In my heart I knew she was trying to leave us. I just wanted to know so I could maybe try to get her through the night so I could take her to our regular vet in the morning. The vet said she had a mass on her spleen that most likely had ruptured as there was free fluid in her abdomen. She offered pain meds to try and get her through the night or since the plan was to put her down that they could do that if I wanted. I didn’t want my baby to in any more pain. So, I made the choice to put her down. I asked if I could keep her body there overnight as I did not have a place to store it. The said it would be $85 for them to hold the body and it would be refunded when I picked her up.
As they were preparing for the euthanasia, I asked the tech if they do paw prints. She said that I could contact the crematorium to get a clay mold done. I said I am not having her cremated through you. I’m picking her body up tomorrow and having it done through her normal vet. She said oh, I can do ink ones for you here. She did not give them to me that night. I assumed they would give them to me when I picked her up. Nope, no paw prints ready. I thought well maybe they are holding them to put with a card or something. Then the girl who waited on me could not refund my $85. Only managers can do that. So, now I have to make sure that happens.
When I got to my regular vet and went to pay, they asked if Crestview did paw prints for me. I told her they were suppose to but I hadn’t received any. She said she would call and ask, and if not they would try to get them done. She called to inform me that Crestview did not do them and they were unable to do them. I can only guess they could not die to the way my baby was placed in the bag. Now, in my book they can’t be trusted. If I can’t trust you with the small stuff, how can I trust you with the big stuff. And I am left to question would my baby made it through the night and they were just after my money. I tried to reach out to Crestview to try to figure out how a service that I assumed was done routinely by vets when a pet dies, was not done. And it still wouldn’t explain why it wasn’t done when I asked about it specifically and was told they would do it, then they didn’t. No one has responded to my email or my direct message on Facebook. And I have lost a memory of my pet I cannot replace and trust in a place that claims to care about their patients and their owners. I should have stayed until they made them but it was late and my daughter was home with my husband who is in the final stages of dementia. Thanks Crestview for making a tragic event for me, worse. You showed me who you truly are. Never again.
