My appointment was the last one of the day, and even after having been there all day the receptionists and vet tech were all very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Kass, too. He got on the floor to examine and love on my pup. He was patient and thoroughly explained everything. I've already recommended them to a friend!

We have always been treated with kindness and compassion here by Dr Kass and the vet staff alike. Their online pharmacy makes ordering what is needed a breeze. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough, I trust them with my dog and I know that they will always do the right thing by her!

The whole team was very informative, patient, and knowledgeable when it came to all of our questions considering we have never had to make these decisions before. immediately after her procedure i received a text saying how great she did & follow up procedures. seriously amazing communication & service. will be returning!
