Had to bring my 7 yr old Maltese/Shitzu mix in to Crestview without an appt due to bloody stool and other issues. All staff was so helpful and we were seen as quickly as possible. Tests were run and Dr. Gruber went over results. Overnight was required and is staying another one to ensure no additional problems. My fur baby is doing better and will continue treatment with his lifelong vet. Recommend Crestar highly. Facilities, staff and treatment is A1. Highly recommend.

I have been bringing Hiro to see Dr. McGruder (experienced)as his regular veterinarian. During my most recent visit, I noticed that the pricing for vaccinations and the office visit was higher than what had previously been quoted. I chose this clinic primarily because the technicians do a good job with nail trimming, which I appreciate.

From the second we walked in the door, everyone we encountered was a 10/10. We came in with an emergency for our old lab so we were a bit panicked. The office was clean, everyone was SO NICE and Dr. Brown was incredible. We are picky about vets but were ready to change our vet immediately after talking with him about our pup’s condition. We got to bring our old man home and we’ve never been so happy to spend $ because we feel like every penny was worth the care we received.

They were able to help my precious 21 year old cat feel better and the doctor and staff were very kind, listened to my concerns and were very knowledgeable. They also went over a step by step assessment with projected costs and no unnecessary tests that would add stress to my fragile cat. I definitely recommend crestville and will use them if after hours care is needed in the future. Thank you to all the staff last night.

Our dog stepped on a barbed fish hook, and I called ahead to Crestview Animal Hospital while driving him in for treatment. The staff were incredibly kind, and the doctor was both professional and thorough. The clinic itself is calm, clean, and thoughtfully designed—even offering a separate waiting area for cats to help reduce stress. Having worked in veterinary medicine for over 20 years, I have a strong understanding of the field, and I felt confident that the services provided were both appropriate and fairly priced. It was absolutely worth the cost to ensure my dog received prompt care and to prevent further injury. The only challenge I experienced was upon arrival. Despite calling ahead, I had difficulty getting the door open while carrying my 55-pound dog. From the moment I got out of my truck until I was able to place him on the exam table—roughly 10 minutes—I had to continuously carry him or hold him in my lap. I also waited several minutes in the lobby before being acknowledged, and then again in the exam room while still holding him, before requesting assistance lowering the table. I don’t believe any of this was intentional, but in situations involving injured animals, a bit more proactive support would make a meaningful difference. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I’m truly grateful for the care my dog received.
