    I visited the Banfield in Store #279. Upon arrival, no one was at the counter, I waited for 5 minutes before asking an associate if they could go to the back and get someone from Banfield to come to the front. The cashier asked for the manager Cody who then told me to stand in front of the counter and someone would be with me, I told him I had already been standing there for 5 minutes and no one has seen me. He brushed me off and said ok and made no attempts to call someone from Banfield or go to the back and grab someone. Another 5 minutes goes by and I go to the register and let them know someone still hasn't come and I need to check out. The cashier states she can't check me out without the medical card and ask Cody yet again to get someone from Banfield to the counter. He makes no attempt to do so. There was a total of 20 minutes that has passed before someone comes to the Banfield counter and I am able to get a medical card for my dog's prescription food. The associate at the counter stated "we were in a meeting". This is unacceptable, the counter should not be left unattended for 20 minutes due to a team meeting. These meetings should occur before or after Banfield opens or closes. To have cameras and not have them monitored to help customers is completely ridiculous. It took less than a minute to print the card and bring it to me and I should not have had to wait 20 minutes to get a card that takes less than a minute to print.

    Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable when interacting with them, and they were gentle, compassionate with my 2 poodles. I'm happy with their service, and glad that I chose them.

    When I came in earlier today my puppy wasn’t feeling like herself at all and had me in literal tears because I was so worried. They let me sit with her while they ran a few tests until she absolutely had to go back. They didn’t mind when I called to check up on her either. Everyone was so kind and I am so thankful for all the tips and suggestions on savings. She went in sick and came home her normal bubbly self. Thank you all so much for making my pumpkin feel better.
