  It's always a fun trip to Petco! My dog, Ralphie, loves going in there and smelling every inch of the place. I always find what I need. The staff is super friendly, and I can always figure out what works for me by just asking. Morgan is especially helpful, and Ralphie adores him. Can't wait to sign up for classes!

  After having over 50+ guppies in my tank that reproduced the same color I thought let me go grab one from petco a different color to see what colors I’d produce next , BIGGEST MISTAKE upon arrival to the store Petco associate in the aquatic section informed me that one tank of females has a bacterial infection and that he could not provide me any fish from that tank, out of curiosity, I asked how would you possibly know that your fish is sick being that I never had a problem with my. I was just curious to know how would you know that he said that “the fins would be closed like that” *pointing to females* and I said oh I see so I chose a female out of the other tank . And a male out of the other. The next day, the fish that I bought died along with 2 of mine so I returned to the store Associate of the store refund my Money Told me that I may have a bacterial infection from the water that was added from their tank to mine, Which I knew then was a lie because I’ve had fish for years and I’ve known how to take care of a tank . The refund went towards the antibiotics I had to purchase for the tank come the next day for more of my fish have passed. I went back to the store and informed the store that I would change my tank and that I need new filters for that I asked for the filters for free they giving me 10% which took off four dollars Off of a $40 purchase. Me buying those four fish that I didn’t need has cost me over 60 bucks and a heart Break. I returned to the store with the fish that I’ve lost and the store associate only told me that my fish are down old age. I reached out to corporate no response so now I’m leaving a review. And now week later, I am under more than half my tank and my fish are still going slowly their fins look shredded they are just moving slowly ! I’m so disappointed and wouldn’t recommend to anyone
