Tamia and Dr. McLean provided the best service ever! We’ve been struggling to get someone who can understand our anxious little dog and they just ease their way through it. Definitely will be coming back

I brought my kitten in because she was vomiting and not eating. I explained that I just lost my job and did not have a lot of money for treatment. I still ended up with an $1100 bill that I had to borrow the money for and nothing concrete ended up being diagnosed. The dr gave me a couple referrals for extended possible low cost treatment, they did not work out and were not low cost. The only person at this location that showed any compassion was Parker, the rest of the experience was all about the money. I have discovered that Georgia is not a pet friendly state, you cannot find any low cost medical services for animals that are in distress without having to pay an absorbent amount of money. Unfortunately, I had to put my baby kitten to sleep because she would not be able to survive any time of surgery, she had lost so much weight that all you could feel was her bones. I am very, very disgusted and upset with all the different vets / clinics / animal hospitals that were more concerned with the almighty dollar rather than compassion for a kitten that had something wrong with her and I just didn't have the extended funds to pay for medical treatment for her since I lost my job.

My emergency visit with this Banfield Chamblee location was absolutely a great experience, which I will recommend anyone to this location. With great customer service, I immediately felt welcome once I entered the facility. It started from having an appointment opening for my Fur baby, Bella B. at my convenience. I was greeted with upmost respect from the best of the best front desk/receptionist, followed by speaking with the Vet Aids or assistance, they all really paid attention to Bella B needs and making her feel comfortable in her situation. The whole Team @ Chamblee Banfield made me feel that they would take care of my little one with no worries leaving Bella B with the Chamblee Banfield Team . They all kept me in the loop of her care throughout her the drop off visit...Please Team Chamblee Banfield, keep up the great job and thank you for all you do.

I stopped taking my American bulldog for servicing because I was paying a $75 monthly membership for what I haven’t a clue because the numerous time she was treated I was paying a substantial amount out of pocket… I was not satisfied with the services at all!!

I had a great experience at Banfield Hospital last Saturday, and I’m very thankful for Nicole’s care. Whenever I bring my dog Miranda to the vet, both of us get nervous, so having someone patient and kind makes a huge difference. We needed one of her teeth checked, and Nicole was very attentive and explained everything clearly. I also really appreciated that she speaks both English and Spanish. Even though I speak English, I feel more comfortable discussing certain details in Spanish, and she was so kind to speak Spanish with me, which made me feel much more at ease. Nicole treated both me and my dog with kindness, care, and professionalism. People like her are exactly who you want caring for your pets. I’m extremely happy with the service and truly grateful for her help.
