So we decided to get her trained my sister mentioned Alan’s and I’m so glad she did! We had the best trainer misty work with our girl! I’m so grateful for the work she put in to get our girl where we needed her to be for our family to have not just a pet but a protector!

- EOErin OdleFeb 10, 20265.0My husband and I were at our wits end trying to control our quickly growing and, what felt like, uncontrollable great dane puppy. We knew we needed a lot of help so reached out to Alan's back in November. We enrolled Apollo in a customized 10 week program working with his trainer, Misty Cochran, doing facility and in-home sessions. Since then, Apollo has come so far with his obedience and training and we are so thrilled! He is listening so much better, walking on a leash has been great, and he has been responding to the "leave it" command mostly on the first go. He still has some work to do, but with Misty's guidance over the past few months, we feel well equipped to continue to the training journey to get him to 100% and hopefully on a future journey to becoming a therapy dog. We would highly recommend Alan's K9 Academy to anyone looking for dog training. It is well worth the investment!
- BLBrett LeebrickFeb 10, 20265.0Alan's K9 Academy is nothing short of amazing. Very professional and had our baby boy Apollos best interest at heart at all times. Our 1 year old stubborn 145lb puppy went from thinking he runs the world to happily obeying our commands. We did a 10 week course with Misty Cochran being our professional trainer. She was so great with Apollo and trust me when I say he didnt make it easy. After his graduation when Misty left the house, Apollo stood at the front window looking out for her for a solid 10 minutes. A bond was made and I would recommend this Academy to anyone dealing with k9 behavioral issues or just a need for learning or training. We needed it and are grateful and look forward to working with them more in the future.
