He’s usually very anxious at the vet, but Dr Bostic’s calm, reassuring manner really helped ease his stress — which in turn eased mine. Her compassion, patience, and professionalism truly stood out. It’s clear she cares deeply about her patients. I’m incredibly grateful for the level of care she provided, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a veterinarian who combines expertise with genuine kindness.

We adopted a husky not understandnig the specialness of husky's. :) We brought him in for the first apt and the vet took SO much time to talk us through this new life we had entered. She reassured us that nothing was worng with us or our pup and gave us tips and tricks to adapt together. (they are also just so sweet with our boy). Every time we went back afterwwards, they were so kind and patient and we just got him fixed two days ago, and his recovery has been a breeze. They were so gentle with the procedure and loved on him afterwards. I am just so pleased with people that not only showed love to my pup, but also us. Thak you, Acres Mill :)

To say I was unprepared is an understatement. The lovely staff at this facility were incredibly accommodating and compassionate. They made it feel as though they loved my boy as I did. Like everyone in this economy, our money is tight. These folks took countless trips in and out of the exam room trying to do everything they could to help me find a way to financially cover what needed to be done. It’s not often a business makes me feel that cared for. I will definitely be using this veterinary clinic in the future. Any place that can show the type of empathy that this clinic did deserves every bit of praise and loyalty. Thank you so much Acres Mill for your help and kindness. Y’all were truly a light in a very dark day.
