It was holiday time so I asked to reschedule immediately and was told there were no appointments, I went to the car and was able to schedule an appointment (go figure). I brought my dog back and one not only was the groomer outside smoking a cigarette, she did a horrible cut, my 2 yr old granddaughter could have done a better job. She kept telling me she was off at 3:00 when she checked him in. My husband picked up my dog and I took him back up there and got a refund for making my Doodle look crazy. Today, I tried to schedule a bath (a month later) asking that the previous person not work on him and was told that because I was not satisfied that previous time, they no longer would allow me to get any services. They have substandard groomers and they tell ME to go elsewhere.......I definately will. Mall of GA location.
- KRKayla RFeb 2, 20262.0This location is not good. The associates aren't very nice & kept glaring at me while I was looking at the animals like I was up to something. I then proceeded to the register because I was finished, and I had a coupon book for my new adopted pet. I wanted to buy some bowls and had a coupon for 20% (made sure I had the right brand.) The coupon wouldn't scan and the lady tried to tell me that it doesnt apply because its a dinner set and I said thats weird because the picture on the coupon is literally a diner set lmao. Both the manager and the associate told me this and said theres nothing they could do wouldn't let me save my whole $4. To top it all off I told the manager to take off the bowls since the coupon wouldnt work, I paid walked out to my car and THE BOWLS WERE STILL ON THE RECEIPT. I had to walk inside again and get a refund. A few days later I decide to go to the petco in Dacula and although it a smaller location, the customer service is so much better. I asked about the bowls again and if the coupon would work and they said yes it should. I get a dinner set, go up to the counter and sure enough it worked. Please dont come to this location unless you have to. The employees and management are awful.
