I’m posting 1 star because of 1 reason only. Other than that things are not too bad. There are one of the vets - she’s African American.. she has the NASTIEST attitude. Every single time I’ve went in she makes under handed comments out loud, is rude and clearly dislikes working here. Not sure how no has has made a complaint so far. I’ve tried to let it be. But today was my last straw as she said something out loud again when I went in to take my dog for a hair cut. Please talk to the team here about their attitude and comments . I’m getting fed up. If she doesn’t want to work there, she can decide to quit .

I have been coming to Dr Sims at this Banfield for well over 15 years. Dr Sims is the best vet! She is so so compassionate, patient, caring, and knowledgeable. Her entire staff is top notch from Brandi at the front desk to Tatyana and Sophie (the vet techs) I know my pets are in great hands. Even when it comes to me (the crazy pet mom) they are patient, comforting and understanding and ALWAYS make sure I am comfortable and I understand whatever the process may be. I never feel rushed and appreciate that they take their time to make sure all of my (and there are always a lot) questions are answered. Thank you all for taking such great care of my fur babies.
