We also really appreciated how supportive the team was when the corporate office misplaced our registration. Instead of letting it become a bigger issue, the Brookhaven staff stepped in, went the extra mile, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Their willingness to help and take ownership meant a lot to us. Overall, we could not be happier with our experience. Puppy Haven – Brookhaven is a place we truly trust with Sultan, and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and reliable spot for their dog.

The husky mix has been going for about a year and is tired after every visit. Our mini recently turned 8 months and had is neutering and last vaccine, so he joined his big brother this week and had a great time. Everyone that works there has always been very nice and treated us like family and taken great care of the pups. The cameras to monitor your pups are very clear, although the viewing angle for the large dogs is not the best. We would recommend PH to anyone looking for a caring place for their dogs to have a great day of exercise and fun.

To keep our resort a safe and healthy place for dogs, we require vaccinations for rabies, distemper combo, Bordetella, and canine influenza.
Are reservations required for boarding?
In order to keep our facility one of the safest in the area, we depend on having the right level of staffing for the number of dogs every day. For this reason, we do require reservations for overnight boarding.

I have multiple dogs, can they stay together?
Doggie siblings are welcome to lodge together in our large accommodations. Give us a call to get your fur family’s stay started.
Can you accommodate special needs pets?
Puppy Haven can accommodate pets with many kinds of special needs, though we aren’t able to take diabetic pets. Please call us to discuss how we can accommodate your pet.
My pet takes medication. Can you administer medication to pets?
Yes, we’re able to administer many oral and topical medications for a small fee. Please bring all medications in their original containers with clearly written instructions. We also do offer a special TLC Package designed for older and special needs pets which includes unlimited medication administration.
