The staff is friendly and helpful. My dog is in good care with Bullard Animal Hospital. Thanks to all of you. The vet technician was nice and helpful also.
- ASApril SouthApr 14, 20261.0I have been bringing my dog here for a couple years now but will NOT be bringing him back and wouldn’t recommend anybody else to do so. They like to change policies AFTER appointments have been made. They decided that they want $25 to hold Saturday appointments which is fine but I have never had to do that before and my Saturday appointment was made. They did send out an email and a text but I assumed that was new policy moving forward so I made a mental note of it. This all just happened a couple days ago and my appointment for this Saturday has been made for well over a month. Instead of them giving me a call to make sure I received the information on the new policy and to make sure I knew that regardless that I had already had an appointment before they changed policy they just canceled my appointment. I don’t mind the change but I drive 35 mins over there and I have spent tons of money with these people.
