  The store staff is always nice and helpful. The store is always clean and organized. They’re always letting me know about deals, specials and events!

  I am writing this at 1 am. I am so frustrated that I am still awake thinking about it. The manager, Kimberlee, who mind you was dressed in sweat pants! Was disgustingly rude and dismissive to me. She also left the only employee alone at the register so i was not able to buy my sweet baby his food due to the MASSIVE line! I had to leave!! Her attitude was so unprofessional. The sweet young girl running the register all alone while she did nothing and was rude! In sweatpants!! What has this world come to. Multiple registers, only one employee, and a lazy rude manager in sweatpants. My first ever one star review. But i doubt the only one they’ll receive due to her working there. So disappointing.

  I take my dog here for grooming. The groomers have always been kind and my dog comes back looking good but I saw something yesterday that concerned me. While I was waiting I watched the grooming manager groom a dog. When it was time to brush the dog’s teeth the dog resisted but didn’t look aggressive. The manager gave up very quickly and that dog’s teeth were not brushed. It made me concerned that if the manager is not putting in an effort, the other groomers might not either. The whole reason I choose the essentials package is so my dog’s teeth get brushed and now I have no confidence that that is in fact happening. I’m not likely to bring my dog to be groomed at this location again.

  I would to give great recognition to the pretty young lady at the checkout lane Kiara and the young(older gentleman) back by the aquarium. They are what AMAZING customer service is made of . Kiara was extremely patient and educated me on the program Petco offers for discounts and the gentleman in the back gave great advice regarding the purchase of my family’s first mini aquarium for our son . Thank you guys for making this a great experience!!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  I came into Petco really worried because my baby boy wasn’t doing well, and I was honestly very stressed. From the moment I walked in, David made me feel welcomed and at ease. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided great information that truly helped me feel more confident about what my pet needed. Dr. LaTasha McCracken was absolutely amazing—so kind, patient, and genuinely caring. She took her time and made sure I felt heard and understood, which meant everything to me in that moment. The level of care and customer service I received was outstanding. I’m so grateful for the experience, and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
