Initially, she reached for her walkie/phone/whatever then changed her mind and said the area is closed for the day. She told me that they close in 20 minutes but when I looked at the time is was really 30 minutes until close, which makes it worse. My daughter walked put crying because we didn't get the fish we walked in for and it was going to be her big ½ birthday gift (I know, some find it extra 🙂). Terrible problem-solving skills, terrible improvising, terrible customer service, terrible salesmanship.
