The store closes at 7:00 PM per the website, but after taking my dog for an emergency wash at 5:45, we were turned away and told that the last wash is at 5:30 so they could shut it down at 6:00. This should be more visible information to ensure people do not waste their time.

When they failed to pay, I found out after it was placed on my credit. I will never use Banfield. Its been 2 years and he trolled me on instagram and sent a harassing message after my frenchie was stolen.
