These people are incapable and don’t want to take the slightest risks or responsibilities. I came today for the first time with a very calm cat (for whom I was able to get a vaccination everywhere else in previous years), and they firmly refused to provide the service without even opening the carrier or lay a finger on the cat. See the picture— the cat is doing fine and very calmly looking around. And they are not even able to prescribe the suggested anti-anxiety stuff— meaning they want me to come at least two more times, to buy an anti-anxiety drug first and then take the cat here again. What a disrespectful altitude to people’s time. Just never come if you have a pet that is a little bit anxious at all (who is not when taken for a vaccination)?

I made an appointment but still waiting for over 45 minutes to be seen, which wasn't what I was hoping for. The vet and tech were nice though. Front desk operations were extremely slow and check in wasn't clear at all. Matter of fact, I think he was just collecting info from whomever he saw first. The worst part for me was the fact that I had nowhere to go with my extremely leash reactive puppy. Her barking and lunging was making everyone nervous, and I really wish the clinic would have offered one of the 2 or 3 exam rooms that were totally empty. Although I did save some money, I think I'll need to go to my regular vet for the next set of vaccinations.

I have used Vetco for about 10 years and have always been happy with their care. They are always gentle with my pets and knowledgeable about their conditions.

Excellent service from Raye and Dr. Narry Tiao. My Giant Schnauzer, Nyla, was well taken care of. Highly recommend.
