This was my first time using the Vetco Vaccination clinic for my pug. They were very friendly, fast and answered all of my questions during the visit. Reasonable priced and I would definitely recommend using them for your pet’s needs.

We were on time for our appt but we’re not even checked in until 35 minutes after. We have two dogs, one a new rescue, so my husband and I both came to maintain the pups and had to bring our toddler. The Vet was very cold and demanding where my child could stand to the point she started to cry bc she couldn’t see her puppy. I get there are safety concerns with bigger dogs and children, but I’m pretty sure I’m paying y’all for vaccines, not parenting tips. I have that covered. In addition to all of this, come to find out we pay extra for the heartworm test which came back negative but she never signed or sent a prescription for the heartworm meds. So now I have to load the whole family BACK up, drive 20 minutes out of my way to HOPEFULLY find this same Vet in HOPES she will ‘remember us’ and write the prescription. INSANE! Was not my mistake and this is by far the worst way to treat or handle mistakes made on your behalf. Extremely inconvenient and a total waste of time and money.

We had a great experience here! Much cheaper than the Vet we had been going to (less than half the amount). They were great with the dogs and quick giving them shots. They let us be with the dogs when getting the shots which helps with their anxiety. We had to check-in in the middle of the store (there’s not really a designated area) then went to an area blocked off for the shots. Rather informal, but it didn’t bother us.

I had a very pleasure experience with Vetco yesterday. Scheduling was easy. Staff were super friendly and willing to walk an extra mile to help through the process. They even provided me a recommendation of Vet since I am pretty new to this area and tried to help me send my two cats and one little daughter back to the car. All the cost are transparent online and no surprise. Only thing is if you forgot to bring your rabies record, you can only take one year rabies instead of 3 years. But I would love to go back next year:)
