10/10 The entire staff sincerely cares about your pet’s health! They greeted us with warmth and stressed preventative health needs for our puppy. The entire staff and Dr. Tiao are AMAZING—not limited to our outstanding in-store experience.

Everyone was friendly and accommodating. My two pups can be a lot, but the staff handled them with care.

I adopted a cat with no prior medical history and scheduled an appointment to get vaccines and address several health concerns. From the start, the visit felt inattentive. I mentioned eye discharge as a concern, and they recommended a corneal stain before ever examining my cat. My cat was taken to the back for approximately 20 minutes. When the veterinarian returned, he did so without my cat and stated, “No lumps, bumps, or issues that I can see.” This was alarming, as I had specifically raised concern about a large lump prior to the appointment. When I asked about it, he responded that he hadn’t noticed anything and said he would “go back and check.” After returning several minutes later, he dismissed it as dry skin. That “dry skin” later turned out to be a ½-inch lump that required a biopsy. The same pattern repeated when I asked about my cat’s teeth. Again, I was told nothing stood out. After questioning if there were any missing, he excused himself to the back again, returning with a vague comment about “mild tartar” with no recommendations. When I asked whether brushing would help, the response was simply, “In some cases.” My visit to another vet revealed that two teeth are severely infected and require extraction, and that the dental infection is the likely cause of the eye discharge that had been dismissed. I also raised concerns about digestive issues. They recommended a fecal profile, so when I asked how to collect the sample, the response was, “Put the turd in here.” Another concern was that my cat appeared underweight. After checking out, I noticed the weight printed on the paperwork was the estimated weight taken in the lobby while I was holding the carrier. When I questioned this, I was told it was correct and that I could “just get a scale at home.” Throughout the appointment, every question I asked was met with non-specific answers, followed by, “Is there anything else I can help with?”, making it clear the discussion was being shut down. I paid nearly $250 for this visit and ultimately had to pay again at a different veterinary clinic to receive thorough care.
