- JGJoe Goldsmith4 days ago5.0We boarded our dog Popcorn at Puppy Haven's Buckhead location for the first time this past Christmas while we were out of town for a few days and were so happy with the experience. Both when I dropped Popcorn off and picked her up, the staff at the desk were so kind, welcoming, and patient with answering some of my questions. Daily updates were fantastic, and my kids had a great time watching Popcorn on the webcams to see her playing with friends. When I picked her up, the staff told me that they had tried her in both the small dog/puppy room and the large dog room (Popcorn is a 7 month old Great Pyrenees), and that they ended up keeping her with the smaller dogs because she was a bit intimidated with the large dogs, which made me feel very good about their concern for each dog's comfort and well-being. Will definitely take Popcorn back again!

The Buckhead team was wonderful to work with—so accommodating, hospitable, and attentive in taking care of our fur baby. We really appreciated the secure, spacious facility and the puppy cam that let us check in on him throughout the day. He even received a special bedtime story, along with progress photos and updates that put us completely at ease. 10/10—we’re already looking forward to his next daycare visit and staycation at Puppy Haven.

They are extremely neglectful, when I picked my dog up (he had been there for 2 days) he was COVERED head to toe in urine and poop. He had obviously not been let out at all and spent 3 hours at the groomer, where they still could not get him fully clean. The staff was unapologetic and condescending when I brought up concerns. I am truly disgusted with this place.

To keep our resort a safe and healthy place for dogs, we require vaccinations for rabies, distemper combo, Bordetella, and canine influenza.
Are reservations required for boarding?
In order to keep our facility one of the safest in the area, we depend on having the right level of staffing for the number of dogs every day. For this reason, we do require reservations for overnight boarding.
Can I tour the facility?

I have multiple dogs, can they stay together?
Doggie siblings are welcome to lodge together in our large accommodations. Give us a call to get your fur family’s stay started.
Can you accommodate special needs pets?
Puppy Haven can accommodate pets with many kinds of special needs, though we aren’t able to take diabetic pets. Please call us to discuss how we can accommodate your pet.
My pet takes medication. Can you administer medication to pets?
Yes, we’re able to administer many oral and topical medications for a small fee. Please bring all medications in their original containers with clearly written instructions. We also do offer a special TLC Package designed for older and special needs pets which includes unlimited medication administration.
