- AMAdriana MarquezDec 4, 20252.0I called at 4:30 and asked if they take walk/ins for nail trims same day and they said “yes!” And I said “be right there!” I showed up at 4:45pm and was told “ next time try to be here before 5 cause we close at 6” …it’s 4:45 but okay. Then they took my 2year old, 15lb dog back, came back two seconds later and said “nope, he wouldn’t let us. You’ll have to go to the vet so he can be sedated.” I’m sorry but girl, WHAT? He gets a nail trim every 2 Months with no issues. I was in the area and thought PetCo would be convenient, but It was clear they didn’t want my business and wanted me gone. So I left.

She was able to shave his paw pad fur + cut his nails, which we've never been able to do. I'm incredibly impressed and grateful
